You wouldn't necessarily be able to go " inside them" and modify the tables, relationships, scripts and layouts yourself and even if you could you might find that formidable unless you're really skilled with some more advanced FileMaker programming techniques and are working with FileMaker Pro 12 Advanced (the developer version of the Filemaker program that has some more advanced programming tools). None of those solutions above are really " FileMaker Templates" per se in that they're full blown products.
